根据《中华人民共和国价格法》，经国务院批准，决定解除《国家发展改革委关于对部分重要商品及服务实行临时价格干预措施的实施办法》（国家发展改革委2008年第58号令）中规定的对成品粮及粮食制品、食用植物油、猪肉和牛羊肉及其制品、乳品、鸡蛋等食品类商品及服务的临时价格干预措施，自2008年12月1日起施行。
