Interim Provisions on the Management of Recovery Rate in Production Coal Mines (2012 Order No. 17)

This document revises the previous 1998 regulation on coal resource recovery rates and establishes new interim rules for managing recovery rates in production coal mines, effective from January 9, 2013.
