Administrative Measures for the Recognition of National Enterprise Technology Centers (2016 Order No. 34)

This document revises and replaces the 2007 measures for recognizing national enterprise technology centers, aiming to strengthen enterprise technological innovation capabilities and implement the national innovation-driven development strategy. It specifies the application, evaluation, and management procedures for enterprises to obtain and maintain the designation of a National Enterprise Technology Center.
