中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会令第41号　　根据《国务院关于取消13项国务院部门行政许可事项的决定》（国发[2016]10号），现决定废止《办理开采黄金矿产批准书管理规定》（国家发展和改革委员会令第6号）。　　根据2015年修订的《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》及其实施条例，现决定废止《烟草专卖许可证管理办法》（国家发展和改革委员会令第51号）。　　上述决定自发布之日起执行。主任：徐绍史2016年7月31日
