Regulation on Investment Management in the Automotive Industry (2018 Order No. 22)

This regulation, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, replaces the approval system for certain automotive investment projects with a filing management system, effective January 10, 2019. It applies to new joint-venture passenger car projects, new pure electric passenger car production projects, and other automotive investment projects previously subject to provincial government approval.
