Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2020 Edition)

This document promulgates the 2020 edition of the Negative List for foreign investment access, approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, effective from July 23, 2020, and simultaneously repeals the 2019 edition.
