近期，市交通运输局大鹏管理局赴大鹏新区月亮湾靠泊点调研休闲旅游船舶安全管理工作，现场听取了关于休闲旅游船舶纳管、备案工作情况汇报，查看了船舶及其靠泊设施运营管理情况。 调研组强调：一是持续规范靠泊点管理，要深化靠泊点“十个有”管理要求，确保责任主体明确、安全设施齐全和日常管理到位，提升靠泊点规范化、标准化水平。二是狠抓安全管理，要加大联合检查和执法力度，督促经营人落实主体责任，加强船舶所有人和驾驶员安全教育和应急演练，严格执行恶劣天气禁限航规定。三是健全长效沟通协调机制，要完善与属地办事处的联动机制，通过定期会商、信息共享、联合执法等形式，构建一体化安全管理格局，不断提升治理效能。
