各有关单位： 为加快建筑市场信用体系建设，营造公平诚信的市场环境，根据工作实际，我局对《深圳市建筑市场主体信用管理办法》附件《建筑市场主体信用信息计分表》进行了修订，现予发布（详见附件），自发布之日起施行。原《建筑市场主体信用信息计分表》同时废止。 附件：建筑市场主体信用信息计分表（2026版） 深圳市住房和建设局 2026年1月30日
