近日，新区纪工委召开年轻党员干部座谈会暨集体谈心谈话会，旨在加强对年轻干部的培养、监督与关怀，引导其坚定理想信念、严守纪律规矩、积极担当作为。 会议指出，年轻干部是纪检监察事业的生力军，必须旗帜鲜明讲政治，持续深化理论武装，不断提升政治能力，自觉做忠诚干净担当的践行者。会议强调，要守住廉洁底线，时刻自重自省，扣好廉洁从政“第一粒扣子”，做到慎独慎微、清廉自守。会议要求，年轻干部要珍惜岗位、勇于实践，在服务大局和基层一线中锤炼本领、增长才干。要发扬斗争精神，在履职尽责中展现青春担当，切实维护纪法权威。 与会年轻干部代表结合工作实际交流了体会，表示将以更高标准要求自己，筑牢思想防线，提升履职能力，为新区高质量发展贡献青春力量。
