按照《广东省疾病预防控制局 广东省中医药局关于印发〈2025年广东省随机监督抽查工作方案〉的通知》（粤疾控局监督二函〔2025〕7号）要求，我委组织市疾控中心开展了卫生健康国家随机监督抽查工作。现将2025年11月份深圳市卫生健康国家随机监督抽查有关情况通告如下。 一、整体情况 2025年11月1日至11月30日，我委执行随机监督抽查任务共10宗，随机监督抽查任务完成情况整体良好。 二、发现问题及处理情况 按照《广东省疾病预防控制局 广东省中医药局关于印发〈2025年广东省随机监督抽查工作方案〉的通知》要求，执法人员严格落实执法全过程记录工作要求，佩戴执法记录仪，对医疗机构依法执业、传染病防治等落实情况进行了现场检查，并对消毒产品、医疗机构传染病卫生等进行抽样检测。在监督检查过程中，执法人员及时将发现的问题反馈至具有管辖权的卫生监督机构跟进处理。本次监督抽查未发现问题10家，结果详见附件1。本月完成监督检测任务9家，结果详见附件2。市卫生健康委2026年1月15日
