根据《交通运输部关于修改<道路运输从业人员管理规定>的决定》（中华人民共和国交通运输部令2022年第38号）第三十二条，决定对超过从业资格证件有效期180日未申请换证的道路货物运输从业人员从业资格证予以注销（详见附件），上述从业资格证件由持证人自行作废。 特此通告。 附件：注销道路货物运输从业人员从业资格证明细表深圳市交通运输局2026年1月12日
