各有关单位： 根据工作需要，我局对深圳市科技计划项目验收专项审计报告、经费决算表模板进行了修订（详见附件1、2）。自2026年2月1日起，未完成审计\/决算工作的市科技计划项目，请按照修订后的模板提交审计报告\/决算表，旧模板同时作废，不符合要求的我局将予以退回。 特此通知。 附件： 1.深圳市科技计划项目专项验收审计报告（模板） 2.深圳市科技计划项目验收经费决算表（模板）深圳市科技创新局2025年12月24日
