近期，市东江水源工程管理处主动“走出去”，组织开展学习交流活动。 由管理处领导班子和中层干部、业务骨干组成的学习组，前往广东粤海珠三角供水有限公司，重点学习了其在数字孪生工程建设的前沿技术、先进理念与具体应用，并就高效精干的机构设置模式进行交流。在市西部水源管理中心，学习组深入调研其在水库开放共享、生态渔业控藻等方面的成功探索与实践，并就内设机构设置和工程管理流程优化等内容进行深入探讨。 本次“走出去”交流学习，有效拓宽了干部职工视野， 获得了宝贵的实际经验与工作启示。下一步，管理处将持续对学习交流成果进行消化与吸收，将所学所获切实转化为推动各项工作的具体举措，力争在业务创新和管理效能提升上实现新突破。（市东江水源工程管理处 陈晓丹）
