为有效破解水贝片区停车难问题，深圳市交通运输局罗湖管理局通过鼓励和引导社会力量参与停车设施建设与改造，积极推动水贝万山园区智能立体停车设施建设，在水贝片区内成功建成了两期智能立体停车库，累计提供200个垂直升降立体机械停车位。 水贝万山智能停车一期工程（1号立体车库）于2019年12月竣工并投入使用。二期（2号立体停车库）近期顺利建成并投入使用。二期停车库采用模块化设计，可以灵活调整车位尺寸以适配包括SUV在内的更多车型。 二期立体车库通过升降机与停车系统分离布局，并引入智能机器人搬运器自动矫正车辆位置，将单次存取车时间缩短至75秒以内，连续存取效率更高。（来源：深圳晚报）
