为进一步规范水政执法行为，提升行政执法案卷质量，强化执法监督效能，大鹏新区水务局近期开展了行政执法案卷自查自评工作。 此次自查自评主要评查2024年10月15日以来的行政执法案卷，评查中坚持依法依规、客观公正、实事求是的原则，严格执行评查标准。截至目前，大鹏新区水务局办结水务行政处罚案件3宗，共计罚款31万元，案卷主体适格、程序合法、裁量恰当、公开及时、归档完备，执法人员100%持证亮证；开展行政检查27次，其中“双随机”检查26次，检查主体、程序、文书均符合标准；无行政强制案件，所有行政处罚、行政检查案卷均达到评查规范要求。 下一步，大鹏新区水务局将以此次案卷评查为新的起点，坚持“以评促改、以评促优、以评促治”，切实提高水行政执法案卷规范化建设水平，持续提升水行政执法质效。
