据气象部门监测预报，今年第24号台风“风神”已进入南海，且未来几天将对我省海域造成较大影响。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，省防总决定于10月20日10时启动防风Ⅳ级应急响应。 各有关地区和部门要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于防汛救灾工作的重要指示精神，认真落实省委、省政府工作部署，强化组织领导，层层压实责任，加强预测预报预警，及时启动应急响应，扎实做好各项防御工作，全力以赴保障人民群众生命财产安全。
