根据监督员张军力本人辞职申请，依据最高人民检察院、司法部《人民监督员选任管理办法》、《广东省人民监督员选任管理实施办法》等规定，决定同意其辞职申请，自即日起张军力不再担任深圳市人民检察院人民监督员，其人民监督员聘任证书、《人民监督员工作证》同时作废。 特此公告。深圳市司法局2025年9月25日
