为切实维护好人民群众的健康权益和生命安全，我委对全市14家经商事登记且正常开展生产的餐饮具集中消毒企业的餐饮具进行了监督抽检，现将结果通告如下。 本次共抽检各类集中消毒餐饮具280份，范围包括杯、碟、筷、汤匙、碗5类。依据《食品安全国家标准消毒餐（饮）具》（GB14934-2016）的规定，本次检验项目为沙门氏菌、感官、阴离子合成洗涤剂（以十二烷基苯磺酸钠计）、大肠菌群、游离性余氯。 抽检结果280份，合格率为100%（详见附件）。 特此通告。市卫生健康委2025年9月22日
