为推动大鹏新区房地产行业平稳健康发展，大鹏新区住房和建设局以“一项目一专班”的服务模式，每月定期组织各相关部门开展走访调度，深入鹏美花园、帆湾海寓项目一线开展企业服务和技术指导，主动帮助企业发现问题、疏通堵点，确保项目顺利完工。 目前，帆湾海寓项目已顺利完成竣工验收备案。近期重点针对鹏美花园项目道路通行、公配移交、项目验收、入市销售等重难点问题进行逐一攻坚，同时指导开发单位落实主体责任，严格把控工程质量，加快工程进度，力争2025年10月份完成竣工验收，并尽快推动项目入市销售，增加葵涌中心区刚需型住房供应。
