近日，大鹏新区出台《大鹏新区关于加强文旅人才队伍建设的若干措施》（以下简称《措施》），为新区文旅产业高质量发展按下“加速键”，更为深圳打造“世界级观光旅游和休闲度假目的地城市”提供了坚实的人才支撑。 《措施》紧紧围绕“建设世界级滨海生态旅游度假区”总目标，推出八条人才扶持政策，覆盖文旅智库、戏剧影视创作和运营、文化名家、文旅管理、新媒体推广、非遗传承等各领域，为人才成长提供“全周期赋能”。 此次出台文旅专项人才扶持措施是“大鹏旅游高质量发展突破年”的重要举措，将为新区文旅事业发展打造人才蓄水池，实现“以文塑旅，以旅彰文”，助力深圳滨海旅游提质升级，吸引更多国内外游客选择深圳，选择大鹏。
