This document defines the responsibilities of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau's Detention Facility Management Detachment, which include formulating and supervising city-wide detention facility regulations, and guiding the supervision and education work of detention centers, detention houses, and compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers.
