2025年二季度，我市人力资源部门继续加大对欠薪等劳动保障违法行为的打击力度，依法依规进行查处，对涉嫌犯罪的坚决移送司法机关，切实维护劳动者的合法权益。为强化社会监督，促进诚信体系建设，依据《广东省用人单位重大劳动保障违法行为社会公布暂行规定》和《深圳市劳动保障违法信息公布办法》，现将我市人力资源部门查处的部分劳动保障违法案件予以公布。 附件：用人单位重大劳动保障违法行为社会公布情况汇总表（2025年第二季度）
