收到《深圳市城中村改造及城市更新有关项目和资金管理使用情况专项审计调查报告》（深审资环调报〔2024〕11号）以来，我局高度重视，严格按照市审计局反馈的意见和要求，积极落实整改工作，现将整改情况公示如下： 针对审计提出“部分项目重复委托工作内容”问题涉及我区项目为2018年-2021年期间实施的龙华街道河背新村1区、2区城中村整治项目（河背新村1区、2区城中村综合治理工程项目），建设单位龙华街道办明确在结算时扣除涉及竣工图编制费用，并在后续招标过程中规范设置合同内容，避免合同纠纷。深圳市龙华区住房和建设局2025年5月21日
