针对《深圳市2024年度绩效审计工作报告》指出的“部分城市更新项目的贡献用地被违规占用”问题，我局高度重视，严格按照审计要求积极开展整改工作，现将相关情况公示如下： 我局已督促辖区街道办责令实施主体清理完毕违规堆放的物料，该审计问题整改完毕。后续将加强非经营性储备土地监管，及时查处非法侵占、破坏储备土地的行为。 深圳市龙华区城市更新和土地整备局2025年5月15日
