关于《深圳市2024年度绩效审计工作报告》中“生态环境资源管理保护工作存在不足”的问题，龙华区涉及2处湿地未经批准被违规占用、1个建设项目占用湿地的审批程序不规范。截至目前，我局已全部完成整改。现将相关情况公示如下： 审计指出该问题后，我局立行立改，该3个项目均已编制不可避让湿地论证报告，经专家评审后，已于2025年2月19日取得市规划和自然资源局龙华管理局书面审核意见，完善了湿地占用手续。该问题已完成整改。深圳市规划和自然资源局龙华管理局2025年5月14日
