深安办〔2025〕40号坪山区人民政府： 2025年4月17日，你区龙田街道深圳市麦捷微电子科技有限公司工人在对使用过的醋酸正丙酯桶进行切割时发生爆裂，造成2人死亡。 根据《深圳市一般生产安全事故调查处理挂牌督办办法（2023年修订版）》（深安办〔2023〕152号）相关规定，市安委办现决定对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。请你区依法依规抓紧开展事故调查，查明事故原因，严厉打击违法违规行为，精准追责问责，明确整改措施。事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，再报区政府批复结案并向社会公布。事故结案后，事故调查报告和事故处理决定落实情况要及时报市安委办备案。 初步调查报告（事故发生及相关单位概况、调查组成立、初步查明情况等）请于7个工作日内报市安委办。 特此通知。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2025年4月18日
