The Dapeng New District Housing and Construction Bureau conducted on-site inspections of residential properties to identify and rectify flood safety hazards ahead of the rainy season. It issued requirements for local offices to fulfill their supervisory duties, promote hazard remediation, ensure emergency supplies and teams are prepared, and manage high-risk buildings to prevent casualties.

为确保新区物业小区、房屋结构安全领域防汛措施落实到位，近日，大鹏新区住房和建设局先后赴招商东岸家园、家天下花园、南澳同富路11号及21号房屋现场开展汛前检查工作，检查安全管理情况，及时发现安全隐患并督促相关责任单位落实整改。 大鹏新区住房和建设局要求，各办事处必须严格履行属地监管职责，一是要扎实推动汛前隐患排查整治工作，牢固树立底线思维，为安全度汛打好牢固基础；二是要督促物业服务企业做好物资储备和应急处置，建立防汛防台风应急处置队伍，结合小区实际配齐备足沙袋、挡水板、抽水泵、发电机等三防专用物资装备并做好维护管理；三是要组织社区工作站做好严重隐患房屋管控工作，做好日常巡查，确保“人不进危房，危房不进人”，守住不发生塌楼伤人亡人的底线。
