为扎实推进新区保障性住房建设工作落实落细，近日，大鹏新区住房和建设局开展新区保障性住房建设项目常态化巡查工作，前往安居龙湾府、鹏美花园配建保障房、安居风铃府等保障性住房项目现场检查建设进度，了解项目建设问题所在，并及时协调推进项目建设有关事宜。 大鹏新区住房和建设局要求各项目建设单位会同施工、监理单位从三方面落实主体责任，一是要加快项目建设，严格按照计划交付时间推进，确保项目能够按期交付使用，确保群众“住有宜居”；二是要做好项目验收资料准备工作，严格按照审批部门要求，提前准备项目验收资料，确保项目按期完成验收；三是要提前对接社区公配物业接收单位，尽快完成项目社区公配物业移交，确保社区公配物业按期投入使用。
