各街道办事处，区直各单位，驻区各单位，区属各企业：为加强和规范坪山区社区配套和公共服务用房的职责分工、规划建设、移交接收、委托使用、产权登记和监督检查等工作，按照有关工作部署，区住房和建设局与区住房保障中心共同制定了《坪山区社区配套和公共服务用房建设和管理实施细则》已经区政府同意，现予以印发，请遵照执行。在施行过程中，如有问题请径直向区住房保障中心反馈。特此通知。附件：坪山区社区配套和公共服务用房建设和管理实施细则深圳市坪山区住房和建设局2025年2月24日
