为进一步推动大鹏新区雨污分流建设，提升水质净化厂进水BOD浓度。大鹏新区水务局组织相关单位开展污水管网外水入侵排查整治工作，以边梳理、边分析、边排查、边整治、边监测的“五边”工作机制开展作业，确保各个环节紧密衔接、协同发力。通过结合往期管网、泵站运行管理过程中掌握的水质、水量情况与沿河截污系统、调蓄池、泵站等关键要素以及历史建设情况，重点排查山水、河水进入污水管网问题，现阶段已梳理出一批管网混错流、管网隐患等各项问题，通过立行立改实施一批外水入侵整治。依据实时动态的排查整治详情，将各问题点整治进展等要素落到图上，持续滚动更新污水系统提质增效“攻坚作战图”，使各类关键数据、问题点位和整治措施清晰直观，为后续分析、挂图作战、动态销号打好基础。
