This notice abolishes three existing local engineering standards and cancels the development projects for ten other local engineering standards under development in Shenzhen, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of standard formulation.

各有关单位： 为提高标准的编制效率及质量，保障标准的科学性和先进性，根据《深圳市工程建设地方标准制定程序规定》有关规定，决定对《深圳市既有居住建筑绿色改造技术规程 》SJG 40-2017等3部标准予以废止，对《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》等10部在编工程建设地方标准予以立项注销。请相关组织起草部门会同标准主编单位妥善做好后续工作。 特此通知。 附件：深圳市工程建设地方标准废止及立项注销名录（2024年度第二批）深圳市住房和建设局2025年1月24日
