深应急规〔2025〕1号各区政府（大鹏新区、深汕特别合作区管委会），各有关部门： 为确保依法有效履职，根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》（深圳市人民政府令第305号）、《深圳市人民政府办公厅关于加强行政规范性文件管理的实施意见》（深府办〔2021〕8号）的规定，结合工作实际，经研究，我局决定对《深圳市应急避难场所管理办法》（深应急规〔2019〕3号）进行续期，有效期延长至2030年1月10日。 深圳市应急管理局 2025年1月9日
