1月2日，市公明供水调蓄工程管理处（下称管理处）公明闸启闭机安全运行保障系统完成设备安装，正式上线调试。 该系统应用多功能传感器，采集启闭机电机电流、转速、震动以及制动器磨损程度、钢丝绳完整性等数据，通过自诊断模型评价设备健康状态，实现故障信息多端实时预警预报。该系统弥补了人工巡检的设备内部结构检查不彻底、判断不准等短板，推动水库运维工作进一步从人工作业向人机协同转变，有利于进一步提高水闸运行管理精细化水平。 下一步，管理处将持续探索人工智能等先进科技赋能水库运管工作，推动水库管理模式转变，提高生产效率及安全性，降低水库运维成本。（市公明供水调蓄工程管理处）
