各有关单位： 《深圳经济特区绿色建筑条例》第二十五条明确“建筑物所有权人、使用人或者物业服务企业应当如实向市、区住房建设主管部门提供建筑物能源消耗数据”。为进一步加强有关数据的核查和验证，我局委托直属事业单位深圳市房地产和城市建设发展研究中心于2024年12月至2025年12月期间通过线上调查与实地走访相结合的形式，对我市建筑的基础信息、用能数据及其计量设备(电表、燃气表)编号等开展调研验证工作，请予以积极配合。 联系人：邓翔，17304491021；刘嘉杰，83785114。 特此通知。深圳市住房和建设局2024年12月20日
