12月4日上午，市水务局组织参加省水利厅宪法视频专题讲座。讲座邀请河海大学邢鸿飞教授作《行政权行使方式变革及法治政府建设》专题辅导。机关各处室、局属各单位相关人员参加讲座。 邢鸿飞教授从行政权的产生、行政权的膨胀、行政权回归理性等方面深入浅出地讲解了行政权行使方式的变革及法治政府建设的相关内容。 讲座结束后，省水利厅有关负责同志对讲座内容进行了总结，并强调广大干部职工应当牢固树立和善于运用法治意识，坚持依法履职，遵守行政程序，坚持公平公开，扎实推进依法行政，推动水务高质量发展。【审批服务处（政策法规处）】
