11月19日，市水务局审批服务处（政策法规处）党支部、排水管理处机关党支部与市司法局立法和规范性文件审查二处党支部举办结对共建活动，党员们现场调研洪湖水质净化厂、红树林自然保护区。 在洪湖水质净化厂，党员们参观了下层为生产厂区、上层地面为公园的“全地下式”双层框架厂区结构，了解洪湖水质净化厂的建设历程、工艺流程、服务片区、特色亮点以及国内污水污泥处理处置的先进技术。在红树林自然保护区，大家还实地调研了凤塘河闸口设施和河口湿地，了解了水环境保护工作情况。 党员们纷纷表示，此次结对共建活动十分有意义，所开展的实地调研学习让自身对更好地推动水务立法工作有了更多思考。（排水管理处）
