各有关单位： 为贯彻落实《“十四五”建筑业发展规划》《关于印发加快推进建筑信息模型（BIM）技术应用的实施意见（试行）的通知》（深府办函〔2021〕103号）等有关要求，进一步规范和引导我市建筑信息模型（BIM）服务项目的合同管理，深圳市住房和建设局编制完成了《深圳市建设工程建筑信息模型（BIM）服务标准合同》示范文本（2024），适用于项目全生命期BIM服务。现予以发布，供相关单位参照使用。该示范文本电子版可在深圳市住房和建设局官网检索下载。 特此通知。 深圳市住房和建设局 2024年11月13日
