一、关于“公共资源交易监督管理方面”问题整改情况 我局已研究制定了企业及投标员信息核验规则，通过深圳交易集团交易系统技术手段实现投标员身份验证，以确保投标员身份的真实性。 二、关于“公共资源交易专家管理方面”问题整改情况 我局已修订发布了《深圳市建设工程专家管理实施办法》，同时，对报告指出的未回避专家做出相应处理，并在深圳交易集团交易系统补充完善专家信息，增加核验功能，以加大对评标专家动态监管力度。 深圳市住房和建设局 2024年11月15日
