为提高地方政府债券资金使用效益，根据财政部印发《地方政府专项债券用途调整操作指引》有关规定，经深圳市人民政府批准，现对新区部分2024年政府新增债券资金用途进行调整，具体项目请见《大鹏新区2024年专项债券资金用途调整表》（详见附件1）。 本次专项债券用途调整，不改变原专项债券注册信息，包括债券发行量、期限、代码、利率、兑付安排等。按照财政部规定，一并公开债券项目实施方案、财务评估报告书、法律意见书等材料。项目实施方案中一并披露了本地区经济、财政状况等情况。 附件： 1.大鹏新区2024年专项债券资金用途调整表 2.专项债券项目实施方案及第三方评估文件深圳市大鹏新区发展和财政局2024年10月10日
