深安办函〔2024〕107号坪山区人民政府： 2024年9月30日，你区坪山街道六和社区一自建房发生高坠事故，造成1人死亡、1人受伤。根据《深圳市一般生产安全事故调查处理挂牌督办办法（2023年）修订版》（深安办〔2023〕152号）相关规定，现决定对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。 请你区依法依规抓紧开展事故调查，迅速查明事故原因，精准追责问责。同时，请迅速开展全区小散工程专项整治，强化监管力度，加强全周期管控，切实落实小散工程备案、巡查、执法工作机制，遏制事故多发态势。 事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，再报区政府批复结案并向社会公布。事故结案后，事故调查报告和事故处理决定落实情况要及时报市安委办备案。初步调查报告（事故发生及相关单位概况、调查组成立情况、初步查明情况等）请于7个工作日内报市安委办。 特此通知。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2024年9月30日
