9月29日，市北部水源工程管理处党总支在管理处调度中心4楼会议室举办第九期“党群讲堂”——宣贯讲解内控管理知识。管理处领导班子成员、各部所部门预算管理相关负责人及项目经办人等参加会议。 会上，主讲人从预算管理、收支管理、采购与合同管理、建设项目管理等方面详细讲解了内控管理中的关键点、风险点，结合典型案例，解析了内控基础知识及工作要点。 此次宣讲活动，深化了管理处职工对内控制度的学习，增强了大家的风险合规意识、提升业务操作执行力。接下来，管理处将进一步加强内控体系建设，将各项内控工作落细落小落实，切实提高工作效率及财务管理水平。（市北部水源工程管理处 林华君）
