为消除辖区重点边坡安全隐患，保障周边居民群众生命财产安全，严格落实地质灾害和危险边坡防治要求，提高风险防范和应对能力。近日，大鹏新区发展和财政局组织专家开展《2024年南澳办事处地质灾害和危险边坡治理工程可研报告》评审工作，邀请岩土、造价等方面的专家对项目进行方案和经济性评审。 本项目包含3个危险边坡和2个挡墙治理。百花园10号民房后、桃花岛房屋后侧及鹿嘴大道入口处均属高陡边坡，处于不稳定状态，潜在危害和地质灾害发育程度中等，主要威胁对象为坡脚居民楼及人员、坡下道路、汽车及行人，拟对其开展边坡支护治理。枫南村7号后侧挡墙及27号前侧挡墙均发现顶、墙局部沉降裂缝，潜在危害程度中等。主要威胁对象为挡墙顶部和底部居民楼住户，拟对其开展挡墙支护和拆除重建治理。 大鹏新区发展和财政局工作人员组织开展项目现场勘察，经专家认真研查报告，充分了解项目现状情况，认为该项目提出的建设内容基本合理，但应充分考虑经济适度、进一步优化方案。
