为深刻汲取近期火灾事故教训，督促新区住宅小区物业服务企业做好消防安全管理工作，2024年9月27日，大鹏新区住房和建设局组织召开物业管理领域消防安全集中约谈警示会，新区各住宅小区物业服务企业消防安全责任人、管理人约50余人参加。 会上，警示宣传了住建领域2024年典型火灾案例，强调了住宅小区存在的共性火灾风险，要求物业服务企业按照《中华人民共和国消防法》《高层民用建筑消防安全管理规定》等规定，加强住宅小区消防安全管理，尤其做好电动自行车规范停放管理、消防设施设备维护保养、打通消防通道等工作。 同时，要求物业服务企业结合小区实际情况评估管理区域火灾风险，采取加强值班值守、加大巡查检查力度、规范电动车管理、严格落实作业审批手续、加强消防演练、广泛消防宣传提醒等措施，提高自防自救能力，有效防范住宅小区火灾事故的发生。
