一、关于“阶段性稳经济运行部分措施落实仍有差距”问题整改情况 我局已通过出台支持重大建设项目如期投产奖励的实施细则，细化政策执行流程，加快审批流程和支付进度，确保政策措施落细落实。 二、关于“住房公积金惠民政策落实仍有差距”问题整改情况 我局已督促市公积金中心推动住房公积金制度更多更好惠及缴存职工，优化资金需求和备付金的测算规则，扩大增值收益资金存放银行范围，与社保、民政等部门建立数据共享机制，进一步规范业务经办和管理，保障资金安全。 深圳市住房和建设局2024年9月27日
