为做好大鹏新区住房保障工作，2024年9月18日，大鹏新区住房和建设局发布了《大鹏新区住房和建设局关于受理大鹏新区单位保障性租赁住房配租申请的通告（2024年度第二批次）》，开展2024年度第二批次单位定向配租保障性租赁住房工作。 本批次配租房源为安居银叶湾府、安居东湾半岛花园、安居鹏湾府、保利香槟苑、花样年家天下、金葵二期、招商东岸城央公寓、佳兆业假日广场、下沙搬迁安置区、生命科学产业园、坝光搬迁安置区、陶柏莉花园、南澳枫浪山花园二期等小区共计648套房源。 本批次配租对象主要面向新区重点、骨干企业和区级挂点服务企业等单位、科研机构、其他企业及非企业组织配租，具体配租信息以大鹏新区政府在线发布的配租公告为准。
