为深入学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想，牢固树立绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，认真落实国家、省、市关于进一步加强城市绿地和树木保护管理工作的有关要求，现就大鹏新区外环高速公路深圳段三期（坑梓至大鹏段）工程第5合同段临时开路口迁移城市树木事宜向公众征求意见，具体如下： 一、项目概况 （一）审批单位：深圳市大鹏新区城市管理和综合执法局 （二）申请单位：深圳市外环高速公路投资有限公司 （三）申请事项：迁移城市树木14株，不涉及古树名木、大树、老树。 （四）项目位置：大鹏新区葵涌办事处葵湾路、高源桥 （五）种植地点：大鹏新区葵涌办事处金众云山栖北400米处 二、申请理由 经深圳市发展和改革委员会立项批复，市交通运输局大鹏管理局批准，大鹏新区外环高速公路深圳段三期（坑梓至大鹏段）工程第5合同段因开设临时路口需迁移城市树木14株，不涉及古树名木、大树、老树。 三、征求意见时间 2024年9月21日至2024年9月27日 四、意见反馈途径 （一）电话反馈： 大鹏新区城市管理和综合执法局联系人：唐工，联系电话：0755-28333910；深圳市外环高速公路投资有限公司：赵工，电话：13510825120。 （二）电子邮箱反馈：cgjjgylk@dpxq.gov.cn。 大鹏新区城市管理和综合执法局深圳市外环高速公路投资有限公司2024年9月20日
