2024年9月3日，大鹏新区发展和财政局组织专家开展《海洋大学配套道路（江屋山路-环坝路段）工程可行性研究报告》评审工作，邀请道路、给排水及造价等方面的三位专家组成专家组对项目进行评审。 可研报告提出，海洋大学配套道路呈东西走向，连接江屋山路及环坝路，全长168米。道路等级为城市支路，设计速度20公里\/小时，红线宽12米，双向两车道。主要建设内容包括道路、交通、给排水、电气、燃气等工程。大鹏新区发展和财政局及专家组向项目建设单位及编制单位充分了解基本情况后，认为项目提出的建设内容基本合理，但应在下一阶段工作中补充完善部分建设内容。 本项目的建设有利于解决海洋大学师生对外集散交通需求，完善片区市政公用基础配套设施及路网结构，改善海洋大学及周边片区交通环境，对促进片区高质量发展具有重要意义。
