8月23日上午，深圳市第十四届职工技术创新运动会暨2024年深圳技能大赛启动仪式在市人才园隆重举行，人民调解员杜璎作为本年度技术创新运动会参赛选手代表上台宣誓。 据悉，市司法局和市中级人民法院为推动新时代“枫桥经验”在深圳落地生根，将联合举办“深圳市第二届调解员技能竞赛”，并已纳入深圳市第十四届职工技术创新运动会。自8月16日调解员技能竞赛开放报名，已有超过1000名调解员报名参赛，并开始线上学习和模拟测试。本次竞赛旨在激励全市调解员以赛促学，提升专业技能，全面推动我市调解员人才队伍专业化、职业化、规范化建设，助力“平安深圳”建设。 供稿：市司法局人民参与和促进法治处
