深安办函〔2024〕92号坪山区人民政府： 2024年8月9日，你区碧岭街道保利明玥澜岸花园发生一起地下室集水池中毒窒息事故，造成2人死亡、2人受伤。 根据《深圳市一般生产安全事故调查处理挂牌督办办法（2023年）修订版》（深安办〔2023〕152号）相关规定，市安委办现决定对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。请你区依法依规抓紧开展事故调查，迅速查明事故原因，精准追责问责，严厉打击违法违规行为，明确整改措施。事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，再报区政府批复结案并向社会公布。事故结案后，事故调查报告和事故处理决定落实情况要及时报市安委办备案。 初步调查报告（事故发生及相关单位概况、调查组成立情况、初步查明情况等）请于7个工作日内报市安委办。 特此通知。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2024年8月9日
