This notice abolishes three existing local engineering construction standards and cancels the development of eight draft standards to improve the efficiency and quality of standard formulation and ensure scientific rigor and advancement.

各有关单位： 为提高标准的编制效率及质量，保障标准的科学性和先进性，根据深圳市工程建设标准管理有关规定，经组织起草部门确认，决定对《机制砂应用技术规程》(SJG30-2016)、《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程 》(SJG28-2016)、《深圳市道路声屏障设计指引》(SJG 57-2019)予以废止，对《智慧小区建设评价标准》《保障性住房建设标准》《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》《陶砖幕墙工程技术规程》《深圳市地基基础勘察设计规范》《机制砂应用技术规程》《地下空间消防设计技术标准》《建筑施工盘扣式外脚手架安全技术规程》等8项在编工程建设地方标准予以立项注销。请相关组织起草部门会同项目主编单位妥善做好后续工作。 特此通知。 附件：深圳市工程建设地方标准废止及立项注销目录（2024年度第一批） （联系人：练雪芬，联系电话：83788260） 深圳市住房和建设局 2024年8月1日
